How do we work?
We meet either at our office or at your company. During the very first meeting, we provide you with information on all of the necessary documents and present potential financing options.
With our standard agreement, you will know the effective cost of our financing from the start, as well as the terms of financing available from other institutional entities. If you have all the required documents, the entire process can be completed in as little as three days.
Equity investments
We navigate through the complexities of deal structuring within investment banking services. We support investment projects for both well-established companies and those in the early stages of their development. Our strong international network allows us to facilitate institutional investor support when entering or exiting an investment, ensuring a smooth process.
We invest up to PLN 5 million per funding round in portfolio companies. We also lead the way in secured institutional financing thanks to extensive connections with banks, investment funds, and private equity firms across all over Europe.
